Salesforce Project Manager
Opportunity Overview
Juno Rocket seeks a talented Salesforce Project Manager to join our growing Project Management team. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the business by ensuring that your Salesforce and Project expertise translates into the success of our customers.
Our Salesforce product portfolio helps customers better manage Marketing, Sales, Delivery and Finances for our growing customer base. This Project Manager will work with new and existing customers to help them achieve their goals using Salesforce.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work directly with new and existing customers to make sure implementations and upgrades are performed with minimal disruption and maximum benefit for the client.
Lead the design, implementation, testing, and the enablement of thoughtful solutions and applications in support of business needs
Own and oversee successful completion and timeliness of Salesforce and other Sales Operations projects
Produce and manage detailed project plans
Participate in creating and reviewing all project documentation
Set and manage deadlines with stakeholders and internal teams: assign responsibilities, monitor project progress, and create weekly client status reports and calls
Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators and solution architects to implement product roadmaps
Remain available and responsive to questions
Required Qualifications And Skills
Experience in a similar role, typically obtained in 2+ years
Good understanding of Salesforce systems architecture
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, including Flows, Processes, Workflows, Approvals, and more
Understanding of business logic, and the ability to transfer it into the system
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Slack, Google for task tracking and workflow management
Excellent task management, organization, and attention to details
Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration and problem-solving skills
Strong self-learning abilities

This role is based in North America and may work in any of the time zones
